This Picture was took by my mother, we were both talking about how things had progressed to me opening a business, and the personal let downs and how unfulfilled promises can ruin a good thing especially when its the employer that lets the employees down. It was on that day when I decided that when I start bringing people on, they will make most of the money, not the company. Most people joke about a 50 50 split. However I think it will be a 60 40 split in favor of my employees. Not a typo, and I believe that if the employees do well, are well compensated, and love the work they do the company will do well regardless of the split due to quality of workmanship, comradery and overall volume produced.
